1.  What is a Primary Care Manager?
 A Primary Care Manager or (PCM) is a Pediatrician, General Practitioner, Family Practitioner, Internal Medicine, and in some cases an OB/GYN specialist who has agreed by contract to be a network provider and accept a patient panel for TRICARE.

2.  What is required of a Primary Care Manager?
 The Primary Care Manager will have a patient panel of active duty service members and PRIME active duty family members who will visit their PCM's office for all non-emergent healthcare needs and obtain a referral/authorization prior to seeking network specialty services outside of the Primary Care Manager’s office.
