6.  If I see a beneficiary who is enrolled in another region (North or West), do I send the claim to Humana Military?
When a beneficiary is enrolled in TRICARE Prime, managed care support contractor jurisdiction is determined by the beneficiary's regional enrollment. The contractor (Humana Military, Triwest or Healthnet) processes all claims for the enrollee no matter where the enrollee receives services. For a beneficiary who is not enrolled in TRICARE Prime, the contractor with the jurisdiction for the beneficiary's claim address shall process the claim no matter where the beneficiary receives services.
